Community Sound Immersion & Nervous System Reset

Held inside the Pleasant Playground Recreation Center, this calming sound immersion is designed to help you release stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in community.

This 60-minute experience begins with gentle grounding practices to help you arrive fully in the present moment. You will then be guided through a 45-minute sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and nearly 10 other therapeutic instruments that create a soothing soundscape for relaxation and renewal. We will conclude with a few moments of quiet reflection before returning to our evening feeling more centered, grounded, and restored.
