Our mind & body wellness program series with the Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN)  is back for the fall season! Come rest and revitalize your physical and mental with moments of mindfulness, meditation, and group yoga in the Garden. No registration is required and all abilities are welcome! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, as well as a small and large towel (a limited amount of extras are available on-site). Classes will be held outside unless there is extreme heat or rain.

It’s that exciting time of the year again when our ponds fill to the brim with squirming tadpoles! Join Riverbend Environmental Education Center educators for this fascinating annual rite of spring.
