I’ve been to Cobbs Creek Golf Course hundreds of times and have never seen a beaver along the nearly 4 miles of creeks but good luck with that. Maybe they’ll read this and swim on over.

Since this is a fanciful thought exercise and you’ve mentioned people need to know what they are looking for when it comes to beaver activity, my question is could these beavers be the cause of the flooding that has caused the golf course to flood?
No it was definitely the foundation that cut 100 acres of trees and bought off a councilman to circumvent environmental protections to cut even more trees on steep slopes.
