    Andorra Library Friends of the Wissahickon is a proud member of the Philadelphia Marine Debris Community Action Coalition, funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Sea Grant program. As members of the coalition, it’s our responsibility to educate our community about the presence and effects of microplastics in our watershed. We invite you to join FOW and the Academy of Natural Sciences for a presentation on marine debris and the Academy’s upcoming study of microplastics in the Upper Delaware Estuary Zone.
