Postgreen, builders of the 100K House, are rolling out their latest project with a Tourstravaganza on June 29 from 5:30-10 p.m.! Located in Fishtown (401 Memphis St.), walking distance from Girard Ave. and Northern Liberties, their four Avant Garage homes are being built to LEED Platinum standards. The homes boast additional amenities like a two-car garage, private backyard, and green roof/roof deck.
Come see the first two homes, which are almost halfway complete, and hear from Postgreen’s partners about their work designing and building the sustainable homes. Besides educational material, the Tourstravaganza will also feature furniture made by local designers, Postgreen’s new kitchen line, and the work of several local artists.
