PASA Beginner Cheese Making. PASA will host a cheese making class at Klein Farms Dairy and Creamery. It includes a brief tour, followed by lessons on how to make fresh Mozzarella, and demonstration on Cheddar and Frommage. Be sure to register here, before March 23rd. Space is limited to 15 participants!

Introduction to Electric Vehicle Conversion. This one day mini-course will go over the basics of a gas to electric vehicle conversion.
