Brewer’s Plate 2011: Now in its 7th year, Fair Food’s marquee fundraiser brings together the area’s most celebrated and sustainably-minded craft-breweries, restaurants, farmers and artisanal producers (all independently owned and located within 150 miles of the city) for a one of a kind tasting event that pairs craft beer with local gourmet food.
