Gentle Flow Yoga
Tuesday mornings, 9:30-10:30 am Enjoy a new wave of energy with a gentle, balancing, and energizing morning yoga practice with Lisa Fell. This class is designed for everyone – from experienced yogis to those just curious about yoga. Students will benefit from the restorative, relaxing, and centering focus of this class. Please bring a yoga mat. All classes will be held on-site in the Barn or outdoors, weather permitting. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15; feel free to stay for the day after class!). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per
