Enjoy a gentle, all-levels yoga practice guided by certified instructor Christina Alden, followed by a simple, grounding meditation.
Christina will encourage us to observe and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while reconnecting to ourselves through a hike around the preserve.

Reflect and pause with a brief journaling exercise and be immersed with a sound bath provided by certified vibrational sound practitioner Mindie Hung to soothe our souls and leave feeling nourished and inspired.

Wear comfortable clothing and consider layers since the weather can vary. The trails are considered moderate, parts will be rocky.
Apply sunscreen and/or bug spray as needed.
Bring a small notebook for our journaling exercise.
Cell phones are permitted, however be sure to silence your device once the program begins.
