During this annual twilight event, you’ll learn fascinating facts about the elusive nighttime pollinators. We’ll attract moths with three kinds of lures: two kinds of light lures and one sexy pheromone lure made with my top secret “3B Moth Bait” recipe. This sweet mixture attracts moths that are not attracted to light, and we paint it on tree trunks. Please bring a flashlight and be prepared to walk quietly in the dark. Download

We will use sweep nets to sample the woods and kick nets to sample the creek. A plethora of identification materials and expertise will be provided. This program meets at Harper’s Meadow (between Northwest Stables and the creek.) Pre-registration is required. Children of all ages with caregivers. FREE
