Turn your observations into action to support healthy habitats by saving and storing their seeds for future planting. No artistic experience is required. Journals will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.

On July 3, Crossroads Women's Center, which is run by Women in Dialogue, suffered a fire. Water from fire hoses and subsequent torrential rains damaged the inside of the Center’s building and most everything in it. From the ashes we are rebuilding to carry out our initiatives and better serve the community and groups who use the Center, including by building a proper kitchen to expand our food justice work. Meeting at Historic RittenhouseTown (208 Lincoln Dr, Philadelphia) This will be the 7th in a series of guided walks exploring some of the mysticism, mythology, religion, legends, history, art, music, and architecture found within the Wissahickon. We will have ample time to examine these from the three different perspectives of history, theology, and psychology. Along the way, we will visit Lover’s Leap, the Henry Avenue Bridge, the Hermitage, and Kelpius’ Cave. At each of these sites, we will consider topics ranging from hidden subway stations, apocalyptic movements, and the Wissahickon’s most famous hermit. We will hear a live encore performance
