  • Community Garden Walking Tour

    Join Neighborhood Gardens Trust (NGT), Feet First Philly (FFP), Clean Air Council and AARP as we visit 5 community gardens in the Point Breeze section of South Philadelphia which are preserved or soon-to-be-preserved by NGT. During the walk, participants will get a chance to learn from garden leaders and explore diverse community garden spaces in the neighborhood. FFP representatives will discuss walkability along the route, and the role that green spaces like community gardens play in the pedestrian environment. Group will meet at 15th Street Garden at 10am.
