FREE! Join the Philly Goats and the Philadelphia Orchard Project at the annual Strawberry Mansion Strawberry Festival in East Fairmount Park! Meet the goats from 12-1 at Mander Rec (2130 north 33rd street) and then walk them over to the Strawberry Festival for free strawberry picking and other treats from 1-3!(2450 Strawberry Mansion Drive) At the Festival there are FREE strawberries, strawberry plants to take home, and FREE tours of the historic mansion itself, where you can learn about Strawberry Mansion’s connection to the abolition movement. The goats will be on hand to walk and read stories with friends of all ages! Walk Around Philadelphia – 2023 Exhibit Closing, Film Screening and Q&A @ Studio 34

This exhibit, curated by longtime Studio 34 collaborator JJ Tiziou, features images from the city’s edge created by artists who’ve set out to explore the city’s margins on foot. Since 2016, Walk Around Philadelphia has evolved into a citywide public program that has facilitated the exploration of the city’s furthest (and wildest) reaches for hundreds of Philadelphians. Join us on June 4th 7-9pm for last chance to check out the exhibit, film screening of footage from the walk, and conversation / Q&A between JJ Tiziou & Morgan Andrews at 8pm.
