Enjoy the quiet mornings in the garden with this introductory-level, easy-to-learn set of 20 movements which offer a myriad of benefits including reductions in tension and chronic pain, plus improved balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih® is an adaptive and enjoyable program that can easily be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. 2024 Cliveden Tour Season

Cliveden's tour season begins on May 2nd at 12pm! During this one hour experience, visitors will be guided through the site and exhibit, The Turmoil of Transition: The mid-nineteenth century at Cliveden. Tours are available May to November, Thursdays through Sundays, 12pm to 4pm, beginning on the hour; the last tour of the day is at 3pm. They include the first and second floors of the Main House, the grounds, and the 1767 Kitchen Dependency, as well as navigating stairs and uneven landscapes.
