Vernick Fish Spotlights Sustainable Farmers with Summer Oyster Series

From August 11th to September 3 and in collaboration with beloved farmers Island Creek Oysters (Duxbury, MA), Vernick Fish will serve an oyster tasting featuring a half-dozen oysters with a seasonal beverage pairing by the bar team to complement the briny and sweet spectrum of the east coast’s most celebrated oysters. Under the direction of Vernick Fish Chef de Cuisine, Andrew Parassio, the tasting series will change weekly to feature a different oyster farm recommended by Island Creek, such as Barnstable, Massachusetts, and the Damariscotta River in Maine.
