YogAmi Family Yoga with Allison DeSalvo:9:30-10:30 am “Winter Yoga Wonderland”: Adventure into a wintery world while engaging our imaginations and senses in this interactive kid- and family-friendly yoga class. Learn poses and exercises for the body, interweaving music and creative movement, partner and group poses, storytelling, and games filling out our fun. Explore simple breathing and mindfulness for calming mind and heart as we connect to ourselves, each other and the natural world. For adults and children ages 2 to 7. Power Flow with Ibrahim Miari: 11:00 am to noon Power Yoga is an energetic class stemming from a Vinyasa-based background. Power Yoga focuses on building strength and endurance while moving through a fast-paced flow. The poses are challenging, moving quickly from one asana to the next with connected breathwork. Vinyasa Flow with Lisa Fell: 12:30-1:30 pm Sun salutations and creative flow sequences, linking your breath with each movement. Energize your mind, body, and spirit while creating a moving meditation. Improve your strength and flexibility and melt away tension. All levels are welcome; pose options will be offered. Core with a Twist with Lisa Fell & Christina Teofilak: 2:00-3:00 pm Twist, tone, and strengthen with an active breathing practice. This class includes a variety of plank exercises, boats, and crunches with gentle and active twists. Stretches are sprinkled throughout for the complete yoga experience. All levels are welcome. Gentle Flow with Christina Teofilak: 3:30-4:30 pm A slower flow class incorporating simple flow sequences suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. Poses will be guided with modifications focused on alignment, gentle movements, and breath. The class will end in stillness for full-body relaxation, offering you the opportunity to take home all the physical and mental benefits of yoga. All levels are welcome. Adults only.
