This evening head on over to Johnny Brendas, between Frankford and Girard, for cheap drinks and bicycle chat, sponsored by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia (BCGP). Experts in the field of cycling will be on hand to give you information about upcoming projects, bike laws and other fun biking tidbits. Speakers in attendance include: Charles Carmalt, the Pedestrian & Bicycle Coordinator for the City of Philadelphia; Stuart Leon, The Bike Lawyer and Diana Owens, the Assistant Director of Education for the BCGP.

5/25: Fore! The Planet
Ever wanted to mix the fun loving game of mini-golf with environmental education? The Academy of Natural Sciences is a putt in front of you and from now through September 25 you can take part in their Fore! The Planet exhibit. Fore! The Planet is an interactive exhibit that pairs environmental issues with the fun of miniature golf. Get info about evolution, dinosaur extinction, pollution, food chains and a “hole” lot more!
