The Art of Noticing: A Mindful Outdoor Experience

October 1 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the soothing sights, sounds, and scents of nature during this mindful outdoor experience.

This unique afternoon invites you to step into the peaceful embrace of the meadows and forest, guided by the rhythm of your footsteps and the sensory wonders that surround you.

The stroll is perfect for those seeking a calm, reflective experience or anyone wishing to reconnect with nature on a deeper level. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, as the pace is leisurely, with plenty of time to pause and soak in the natural beauty around you.

After the stroll, we’ll pause for a quiet reflection, whether written or drawn, and a voluntary open share before we part ways.

Please note:

  • Participants will be encouraged to be in silence for part of the event.
  • Our stroll will include slow walking as well as time to stand or sit in silence. Foam sit pads will be offered, however, feel free to bring a camp chair if that is more comfortable. Standing in place is welcome too.
  • In order to fully appreciate the experience, participants will be asked to mute phones. No photographs, as focus is on our sensory experience.
