Free Boating

Join us for free kayaking and rowing on the Tidal Schuylkill River!
- No pre-registration or experience is necessary.
- Suitable for all ages and skill levels.
- Equipment, life jackets, and basic instruction for kayaking and row boating provided–first-come, first-served.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- May be canceled in the event of inclement weather or unsafe river conditions.
- This program will be offered weekly from 10am—2pm in May, June, and September. To avoid peak temperatures, it will switch to 3—7pm in July and August.
