Restoration Workday
On September 20, join us to improve the habitat around our newly renovated River House site. We’ll plant trees, pull weeds, and prepare this beautiful site for autumn. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to learn more about restoration techniques while connecting with nature and other members of your community.
No experience is necessary. Please meet us at the Visitor Center. We recommend wearing long pants and sturdy boots and bringing a pair of gloves if you have them available. We will have a selection of gloves if needed, along with tools, water and snacks! Please bring your own water bottle.
Note: Our volunteer workday will be rescheduled in the event of severe weather. Registration is appreciated.
