Celebrate Norway Free Family Day

Join us for a Free Family Day at the American Swedish Historical Museum, all about Norway! In conjunction with our balcony exhibit, Across the Atlantic: Sloopers and the First Organized Emigration from Norway to America, families can learn about Norwegian culture with craft activities throughout the Museum galleries. Try out Norwegian folk art including rosemaling and different styles of paper crafting, and experience some early Scandinavian Viking life by making your own Viking shield and dressing up like a Viking!
