Billions of dollars are spent each year on allergy shots, antihistamines and over-the-counter medicines to offer relief from symptoms. Dietary choices can have a tremendous impact on allergies by either reducing or exacerbating the body’s allergic responses. This class will teach you how to tamp down your body’s inflammatory response using food and herbal medicine.
Dr. Stefanie Haris uses a holistic, whole-person approach to optimizing health and well-being, and approaches ancient healing methods of nutrition and herbalism through the lens of evidence-based science.
