Carpenter’s Woods Volunteer Service Day
Meeting at Wayne Avenue Trailhead (W Sedgwick Street & Wayne Avenue) Parking: There is street parking available all along W Sedgwick Street. See map for details. Bathrooms: There will not be restrooms available. Would you like to take part in keeping Wissahickon Valley Park beautiful and sustainable? Then volunteer with us on this Saturday in partnership with the Friends of Carpenter’s Woods! This relatively small section of the Wissahickon, while frequented amongst West Mt. Airy neighbors, is not widely-known to many regular visitors of the Park. We’ll be completing a variety of stewardship tasks in the area. All are welcome
