Discover the Delaware River waterfront as a site for innovative public art and an archive of Black histories.Stops on this tour include the Association for Public Art's 250th anniversary-themed Let Freedom Ring installation by Paul Ramírez Jonas at Cherry Street Pier, as well as Indira Allegra's Sail Through This To That at Spruce Street Harbor (part of ArtPhilly), among other temporary and permanent artworks along the waterfront.
