Gentle Sunset Yoga
Whether you’re seeking ease, grounding, or a glimpse of a gorgeous sunset, join yoga instructor Jen Gervasi this spring at ChesLen Preserve for a gentle, sunset yoga series. Together, we’ll restore the nervous system, deepen our connection to the land, and let the natural world support our healing and renewal. Please bring a mat or beach towel, water if desired, and any props you may like to use. You are welcome to arrive early and settle in or linger a little longer.
