On the 2nd Friday of every month, we’ll be joined by the office of Senator Saval’s Office at 2515 Frankford Avenue from 9am-12pm to support with property tax/rent rebate applications, SEPTA senior passes, utility assistance, unemployment compensation, CHIP and SNAP benefits, PennDOT, Birth and Death certificates, state agencies, and more!
NKCDC Housing Counselors hold both remote and in-person homebuyer workshops for first-time home buyers in Philadelphia. Whether you’re thinking about buying your first home or trying to remember all the steps from the last time, this is the class for you!
