It’s a great chance to get outside, meet new people, and make a positive impact on our local riverfront. This will take place during Philadelphia's "Love Your Park" week. Take part with community members all over the city showing appreciation for their parks!Gloves and tools are provided. Close-toed shoes are required. Bring a refillable water bottle if possible. Light snacks and water provided.Minors need

Spring Volunteer Opportunities!Join us on Fridays for a morning of stewardship along the Riverfront North Greenway! Our Friday volunteer series rotates between Pennypack on the Delaware and Lardner’s Point Park, giving you the chance to support the park nearest you—or discover a new favorite spot. We can’t wait to see you out there!Gloves and tools are provided. Close-toed shoes are required. Bring a refillable water bottle if possible. Light snacks and water provided.Minors need a parent's signature to participate. Anyone under 16 must have a parent or guardian with them during the volunteer event.

Riverfront North Partnership invites the community to a fun, free afternoon down by the riverfront at the Frankford Boat LaunchRiverfront North Partnership invites the community to a fun afternoon down of free activities at Frankford Boat Launch on Saturday, May 30th, 2026 from 12:30-3pm. We’ll teach you to fish with all equipment provided, ride the trails with bikes from Independence Youth Cycling, Kayak on the Delaware with Land Health Institute, create art, enjoy other nature-based fun activities, and so much more. Free Food and Refreshments provided.Other partners include: State Rep. Joe Hohenstein; Councilmember Mike Driscoll; TTF Watershed Partnership; Independence Youth
