Join Angie Merriken for a restorative yoga class celebrating the winter solstice.Celebrate the winter solstice with a gentle and accessible yoga class. This practice is perfect for all levels and focuses on releasing the physical and mental stress that can accumulate during the busy holiday season. Through intentional, slow-flowing movement, you'll find balance and prepare your mind and body for the year ahead.This class will be held indoors. Please be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and bring your own mat and water bottle. Parking can be found in our South Lot, and participants will meet in the Whitehead Campus
