    The Delaware County Symphony invites audiences to a special concert on Saturday, December 7, celebrating the powerful influence of immigrant composers who brought their talents and traditions to America. The concert opens with Antonín Dvořák’s American Suite, a charming and lyrical work inspired by the composer’s time in the United States. Acclaimed cellist Branson Yeast, principal cello of both Opera Philadelphia and the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, joins the Symphony as guest soloist for Erich Korngold’s Cello Concerto- a work that bridges the worlds of European romanticism and Hollywood film music.
