Saturday, February 25th and Saturday, March 4th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Maple Sugaring Join our farmers as they create maple sugar from trees right here at the Farmstead! Watch as they tap the trees, collect the sap, and create the syrup. Learn about the Indigenous origins of maple sugaring and how the process has continued through to today. Once your mouth starts watering, stop by Philly Waffle Cabin's food truck and enjoy one of their delicious Belgian waffles! Philly Waffle Cabin will be on site from 10:00-3:30 on February 25th, and from 10:00-2:00 on March 4th. This program
