Join The Salvation Army Greater Philadelphia for its annual Red Kettle Kick-Off Festival on Saturday, Nov. 19, which will launch another crucial holiday season of fundraising to benefit thousands of Philadelphians in need. The Clay Studio presents Figuring Space, a new exhibition comprised of full-scale, figurative sculptures by 12 leading ceramic artists based in the United States. Each of the artists explores their individual cultural identity and what it means to be human through their figurative sculptures. The powerful figures will serve as a body of evidence to lay bare the issues that permeate American art and social culture. Figuring Space is co-curated by Jennifer Zwilling, Curator and Director of Artistic Programs at The Clay Studio, and Dr. Kelli Morgan, Professor of the Practice and Director of Cultural Studies at Tufts University.

Philly Goat Project's "Tree Cycling" is a farm festival and a fundraiser for our non profit. Riverbend is excited to host local illustrator Kate Garchinsky for a reading of "The Secret Life of the Red Fox" followed by an art workshop. This fun, educational story is perfect for a winter's day. The story begins on a snowy February afternoon and follows the mother fox’s life cycle as the seasons change around her.
