East Coast Greenway Alliance and Circuit Trails Coalition Celebrate the Delaware River Heritage Trail Join the East Coast Greenway Alliance and Circuit Trails Coalition on Saturday, October 3 for a 17.76-mile, people-powered celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Starting and finishing at Franklin Square in Philadelphia, participants can choose to bike or walk a 17.76-mile tour of historic sites along the Delaware River Heritage Trail segment of the East Coast Greenway in Philadelphia and Camden, New Jersey.
