As the holiday season approaches, how can you find ways to stress less, enjoy more, and replace feeling overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude?  Take some time for yourself to find steadiness and ease at our mini wellness retreat at Hildacy Preserve.  During the session, Christina Fittipoldi will lead a gentle yoga movement, accessible for all, and breathwork practice to support self-awareness.  If weather permits, there will be time for exploration and reflection of the preserve.
