    In case of inclement weather, this workshop will be rescheduled to 3/28. Join artist Eric César Morales for an art-making workshop! Participants will learn to weave intricate jewelry with seeds harvested from around Philadelphia, including the grounds of Bartram’s Garden, as well as seeds collected from Latin America and the Pacific. Undeterred, the creators mounted a comeback—training media makers in Philadelphia, organizing a media coalition, and sparking a fight for media power that continues to this day. You will be taken through a step-by-step process of processing elderberries, showcasing the creation of an elderberry oxymel. Led by Afro-Indigenous Clinical and Community Herbalist Yam Vallis, in partnership with the Philadelphia Orchard Project and Mill Creek Urban Farm.
