Vinyasa Flow Yoga 8-Week Series (Sundays)
Sundays, June 15 to August 3, 9:15 to 10:15 am Join instructor Lisa Fell to energize your body and mind. Dynamic creative sequences are based on traditional postures, encouraging a strong, efficient body and mind. Emphasis is on strength, stretching, mobility, and breathing. All levels are welcome. Pose options are offered based on the needs of the class. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes will be held on-site outdoors, weather permitting, or under cover.
