Transcendent Musings features two InLiquid Artist Members, Steven Alles and Ernesto Beckford, as a part of Hyatt Centric’s Meet the Maker Series’ Pride Month highlight. This exhibition showcases artists who have found their identity through exploration and self-invention. Through bright colors and portraiture, Steven and Ernesto show what it means to be visibly and proudly queer.
Please join us at the Opening Reception on Wednesday, June 3, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Philadelphia’s historic Park Towne Place Apartment Homes. This event will feature a tour of each gallery and insights from the participating artists, starting at the North Tower. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by AVANA.

Manayunk is celebrating the 37th Annual Manayunk Arts Festival this year! Since 1990, the show has built itself into being the tri-state area’s largest outdoor juried art festival featuring approximately 300 different local and nationally known artists and crafters. The show is free to the public and features artists from eight different disciplines: fiber, glass, ceramics, jewelry, mixed media, painting & drawing, photography, and wood & sculpture.
