Enjoy the quiet mornings in the garden with this introductory-level, easy-to-learn set of 20 movements which offer a myriad of benefits including reductions in tension and chronic pain, plus improved balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih® is an adaptive and enjoyable program that can easily be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Cuba Center on Friday, May 3, 2024. About the Instructor: Duncan Himmelman, PhD, is the former Education Manager at Mt. Cuba Center. He earned his doctorate in Ornamental Horticulture at Cornell University, taught college for 24 years, and has contributed to a number of horticultural publications.
