Erb embeds within the boundaries of a larger-than-life human form, navigational charts such as road, topography, and war campaign maps to represent the different facets of the human physiological system. Our mind & body wellness program series with the Family Practice and Counseling Network (FPCN)  is back for the fall season! Come rest and revitalize your physical and mental with moments of mindfulness, meditation, and group yoga in the Garden. No registration is required and all abilities are welcome! Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, as well as a small and large towel (a limited amount of extras are available on-site).
