Women walking and talking to build community

April 6 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Community-centered experience designed for women to connect, reflect, and grow together—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Sis Walks & Talks is a community-centered experience designed for women to connect, reflect, and grow together—physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s more than just a walk; it’s a safe space for meaningful conversations, sisterhood, and self-care in nature.

Our next walk will take place at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge on Sunday, April 6, from 3 PM to 5 PM. This beautiful refuge offers a peaceful, scenic setting where we can enjoy nature, move our bodies, and engage in uplifting discussions.

What to Expect:

✨ A refreshing walk through nature’s beauty

✨ Open and supportive conversations

✨ A chance to reset, reflect, and recharge

✨ A welcoming space to connect with like-minded women

Why Join?

Sis Walks & Talks is all about showing up for yourself and each other. Whether you’re looking for a mindful break, new connections, or simply time to breathe, this is your space.
