UnOrthodox Yoga at Lardner’s Point Park – ALL AGES

UnOrthodox Yoga is back on the riverfront at Lardner’s Point Park. All ages, gentle flow class led by an experienced local instructor.
Get your zen on with some local yoga! Hosted by instructor Violet Vine Yoga along the riverfront at Lardners Point Park (5202 Levick Street). One all-ages class will be offered this session at 6pm. Yoga will be located on the paved pavillion area of the park so thick mats or a blanket are recommended. Time on knees will be minimized.
*Bring your own mat, some available if needed
Free, but donations welcome.
