Nature at Night: Birds of Prey Single Class

July 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN AGES 5 & UP
Meet the hunters of the skies.
What makes a bird of prey different from other birds? Join educators from AARK Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center for an up-close look at Pennsylvania’s native raptors. Discover the adaptations that help owls, hawks, and falcons survive—like sharp talons, powerful beaks, and keen eyesight. You’ll meet live ambassador birds of prey and learn what makes each species special. Don’t miss this chance to connect with some of the state’s most awe-inspiring avian predators. Please check in at the Visitor Center upon arrival.
About the presenter: AARK Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Center is a nonprofit wildlife rehabilitation and education center with a mission to rehabilitate and release orphaned and injured native wildlife, to promote harmony between humans and their wild neighbors through quality environmental education.
