Join us on March 29th from 2:00–3:30 PM at Utility Works for a hands-on workshop on best practices for art and craft fair booths. Led by national merchandising expert Anne Cecil, this workshop will cover five key factors to help you maximize sales and profits: Product Assortment, Pricing, Booth/Table Merchandising & Presentation, and Customer Service.
The workshop will begin with a lecture on best practices in these areas, followed by an analysis of two in-person booth setups featuring local artisans. To reinforce learning, participants will engage in role-playing, discussions, and hands-on adaptations. By the end of the session, you’ll have actionable insights into designing an effective booth display, pricing and product strategies, and optimizing customer interactions at events.
Thanks to our generous supporters, this hybrid workshop is free for vendors of LEDC’s Art on the Ave Festival and for Lansdowne businesses or residents. While virtual attendance is available, in-person participation is strongly encouraged to enjoy this interactive experience fully.
If you would like to attend virtually, please register through this link.
