Join instructor Aimée Alegria Barry as she leads you through some relaxing, easy steps of tai chi walking to bring together mind and body. About the instructor:
Aimee Alegria Barry from Centaur Tai Chi began studying Yang style tai chi and chi qigong more than 30 years ago. She also holds a black belt in tae kwon do. Aimee’s movement background includes dance, Pilates, and therapeutic horsemanship.
