Make a Kite – Fly a Kite! at Penn Treaty Park

Join Kite Curiosities, Second State Press, and DVAA at Penn Treaty Park on April 29th from 2pm – 4pm for an afternoon of high flying fun! Kite enthusiasts, beginners, families, and friends are all welcome – bring your own kite, or register for a workshop earlier in the day to build your own with Kite Curiosities at Second State Press!
Alice of Kite Curiosities will assist kite flyers, helping them adjust their bridle strings to catch the wind and soar, or repair damaged kites to get them back in the air. Bringing your own kite to this event is welcome and encouraged! A few additional kites will be available for people who don’t have their own. DVAA will provide snacks and drinks for attendees.

Suggested donation is $5/ticket, all proceeds go directly towards paying Everyday Futures Fest artists.
