Honeysuckle Harvest

Honeysuckle season is here! Lonicera japonica, better known as Japanese Honeysuckle, is an invasive species that’s hard to miss in this area, so it’s up to us to make Honeysuckle disappear in the best way we know how – eat it! Join us on a guided hike to learn about this plant and forage a bit for ourselves. After the hike we’ll learn how to enjoy these sweet and tasty plants three different ways. Slots are limited, so please purchase your ticket in advance.
