“Glass House +Meddow” — Artist Talk

InLiquid welcomes you to join artists Jaime Alvarez, Donna Backues, Chantal Westby, and Rhonda Babb, for an interactive discussion of their works. These artists are currently featured in Glass House + Meddow, the latest exhibition on view in the InLiquid Gallery.

A reception with refreshments will begin at 6:00 PM, with the artist talk beginning at 6:15 PM.
By focusing on this particular spot on the planet, Glass House + Meddow examines the human impact on the local environment, engaging the local community with a global issue in order to make sustainable action more accessible. In pursuit of perspective, and in the face of overwhelming crisis, three local Philadelphia artists – Jaime Alvarez, Donna Backues, and Chantal Westby – examine the past, present, and future of human impact within the River Wards neighborhood.
