Taught by Laura Ducceschi, Award-winning Fine Art Photographer
Have you been frustrated trying to photograph beautiful plants & natural settings? Even though plants sit still, capturing the beauty they display in person through a camera is a challenge! Special strategies are needed to fully capture the range of colors and textures that plants captivate us with in their natural settings. Luckily, the warm colors of autumnal foliage at Morris provide the perfect opportunity to learn and practice these strategies, even providing challenging environments like the steamy interior of the Fernery.
The first session on Saturday will include a classroom presentation and instruction, and we will move outdoors on Sunday for session two to practice what we learned, shooting in the fernery and gardens. Bring your own camera that you have some familiarity with—mirrorless and DSLR cameras are recommended, as are tripods.
