Design Gym: Park(ing) Day Workshop
PARK(ING) DAY
Let’s design our own pop-up/temporary park of 140 square feet. that can fit in a PARK(ing) spot for the worldwide celebration of PARK(ing) DAY. Walk away with sketches and/or maybe even hand-built scale models

This time is available for all of this year’s teams and curious designers seeking coaching to help design and develop their own park-lets for Friday, September 18, 2026. We will use the design template provided on the PARK(ing) DAY Philadelphia website.

Design Gym is a community design space where we offer OPEN GYM for anyone to work on design projects, games, activities, and a space to beat the heat and creatively play!
