Build A Wooden Bird Feeder

Learn to use basic woodworking hand tools and skills to make a platform birdfeeder. Ages 9 and up. Workshop is 3 to 4 weeks long.
Learn to use basic woodworking hand tools and skills to make a platform birdfeeder. You will learn to use a hand saw and an old-fashioned drill called a brace and bit. Other skills include measuring, hammering nails, and sanding. An estimated 3-to-4-week commitment is needed for project completion (Tuesdays, Oct 21-Nov.11). We will work outside on our back porch. Ages: 9 and up. $15 material fee. Parental safety agreement must be signed.
