Texas, in addition to fourteen other states, is leading the fight to overturn the EPA’s finding that greenhouse gases pose a danger to public health and welfare. Texas is also challenging EPA regulations focused on decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. (Link)

The United Kingdom has created plans for the world’s first state-backed green investment bank, with the focus of moving the UK to a low-carbon economy. Initially, the bank will be provided three billion pounds (4.8 billion dollars) to invest in clean energy. (Link)
